📋 Description

• Lead development, validation, and application of health economic models, including budget impact, cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, cost-consequence, ROI, decision-tree, Markov/state-transition, and partitioned-survival models • Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses quantifying the clinical and economic value of precision diagnostics • Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Biostatistics, and cross-functional teams to integrate HEOR objectives into prospective clinical studies • Incorporate healthcare resource utilization, economic endpoints, patient-reported outcomes, quality-of-life measures, cost-data collection, and real-world evidence strategies into evidence plans • Analyze clinical-trial, observational, and real-world datasets • Evaluate resource utilization, cost of care, treatment pathways, diagnostic utilization, clinical utility, comparative effectiveness, patient outcomes, survival, budget impact, and quality-adjusted life years • Lead HEOR publication strategy and develop manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations, white papers, and technical reports • Coordinate publication plans with investigators, key opinion leaders, academic collaborators, and external research partners • Translate HEOR evidence into payer value propositions, budget impact summaries, value dossiers, reimbursement materials, health economic briefs, value calculators, and account-specific economic tools • Develop and adapt health economic evidence and payer models for U.S. and international markets • Support reimbursement submissions and evidence strategies aligned with HTA and payer requirements • Serve as a strategic HEOR partner across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Market Access, Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, and Business Development • Collaborate with external consultants, academic investigators, KOLs, and research partners

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, DrPH, or Master's degree) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Pharmacy, Health Services Research, or a related discipline • 5–10+ years of HEOR experience within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, consulting, academia, or a related healthcare environment • Demonstrated experience developing and applying health economic models and conducting outcomes research using clinical-trial and/or real-world datasets • Experience supporting payer evidence generation, reimbursement strategy, value dossiers, market access initiatives, and scientific publications • Experience with precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, companion diagnostics, ctDNA, molecular residual disease (MRD), donor-derived cell-free DNA (dd-cfDNA), next-generation sequencing, biomarker-guided treatment strategies, or oncology diagnostics is highly desirable • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, TreeAge Pro, R, SAS, STATA, Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and statistical analysis software is preferred
