📋 Description

• Drive the product roadmap for the end-to-end tissue acquisition journey across internal and external users • Continuously improve products for patients, clinics, pathology labs, and operations teams • Build software solutions to streamline tissue collection and reduce time and effort • Drive product strategy and innovation; create and maintain product roadmaps • Prioritize features based on internal and external feedback to optimize user experience • Define and track KPIs and analyze data to identify product opportunities and support decision-making • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to define processes and SLAs and plan operational changes for platform and feature launches • Write detailed requirements, including PRDs, user stories, and user flows • Prioritize backlogs and participate in or facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Help define technical solutions with onshore and offshore Scrum teams • Partner with UX designers, engineers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field • 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management • Previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biotech is a plus • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation, with a focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes • Ability to work and influence cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions • Flexible and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge • Experience working in an agile development environment • Prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams
