📋 Description

• Serve as clinical liaisons to patients and providers regarding Natera’s test offerings • Assist in laboratory operations • Review, finalize, and call out test results for Natera’s oncology products • Answer health care provider inquiries regarding Natera’s oncology products • Provide pre- and/or post-test telephone genetic information sessions to patients • Assist in developing patient consents, GC protocols, SOPs, and patient education materials • Write or collaborate on abstracts or papers involving Natera oncology tests • Support internal and field teams by answering questions and assisting with day-to-day lab operations • Represent the company at trade shows and medical conferences • Deliver presentations at scientific meetings and company promotional events • Handle PHI in paper and electronic form • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Genetic Counseling or equivalent degree • Board certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling or the American Board of Medical Genetics • Two or more years of oncology clinical and/or laboratory GC experience • Ideal candidates will reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones • Availability to work a standard 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST/PDT) schedule • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Google and Microsoft suite of work products • Obtain and maintain GC licensure in all states offering licensure • Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire
