📋 Description

• Work with assigned Nurse Coordinator to maintain and support existing customers. • Assess patient needs, focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving. • Maintain and support service-oriented relationships with patients. • Address data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization in a timely manner. • Help manage business system tools such as QlikView and Salesforce. • Identify, nurture, and grow patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Work regularly with PHI in paper and electronic form using technologies that provide access to PHI.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity. • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred • Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically • Emphasis on competitive analysis and team first attitude. • Ability to relate and educate our technology to potential patients • Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills • Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively • Must act with a sense of urgency • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) • Employee must complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire. • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
