📋 Description

• Build and maintain collaborative and productive relationships within Revenue Cycle Management • Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data • Resolve billing issues and maintain accurate records • Prepare and deliver client invoices • Ensure accurate and timely billing of all services • Research and resolve billing cases with cross-functional teams • Analyze billing trends and implement process improvements • Coordinate system configuration for accurate invoicing • Develop and maintain billing workflows and processes • Review and process billing type updates • Monitor billing performance and prepare reports • Escalate unresolved issues as needed • Identify and leverage new technologies to improve billing operations • Partner with management on revenue cycle trends and issues • Perform other duties as assigned
