📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects and functions of the Funding Department • Manage the Funding Leadership Team within the assigned territory, ensuring duties meet or exceed NSM standards • Coordinate with DVPs, RADs, Branch Leaders, ATPs, and other leadership and support personnel to complete Funding procedures according to company policy and expected timelines • Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval • Coordinate and manage hiring, training, mentoring, performance, continuous education, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and progress reporting • Manage career development of the Funding Leadership Team to support self-sufficient performance management • Monitor Funding Specialist and Lead Funding Specialist productivity, quality, and compassion • Direct work order caseloads and shift responsibilities when necessary • Coordinate temporary coverage to ensure orders are processed timely and with quality and compassion • Coordinate and share Key Performance Indicators with direct reports and stakeholders regularly • Calculate and request monthly bonus payments for direct reports • Manage the credit exception process to expedite delivery when appropriate and directed • Resolve employee and client conflicts, escalating unresolved issues appropriately • Perform payroll and administrative functions for direct reports • Complete personal continuing education, NSM University courses, and research payer issues and updates • Perform related duties assigned by the Division Funding Director • Carry out position expectations professionally and with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations • 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to review, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions and governmental regulations • Must meet minimum productivity and quality standards • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance • Ability to work in a professional corporate office or an approved, secure, HIPAA-compliant home office • Ability to use standard digital office equipment and productivity tools • Ability to remain stationary at a desk for prolonged periods, with flexibility to sit or stand • Ability to constantly operate a computer, keyboard, and other standard digital office productivity tools • Ability to frequently communicate and exchange accurate information with internal stakeholders, business partners, clients, and employees
