📋 Description

• Manage transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval, ensuring timely processing and quality funding approval • Coordinate and manage hiring, training, mentoring, performance, continuing education, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and progress reporting • Manage Funding Specialists and Lead Funding Specialists to achieve self-sufficient performance management • Monitor productivity, quality, and compassion • Direct work order caseloads and shift responsibilities when necessary • Coordinate temporary coverage to ensure orders are worked timely and with quality • Share Key Performance Indicators with the team and stakeholders regularly • Calculate and request monthly bonus payments for direct reports • Manage the credit exception process when appropriate • Resolve employee and client conflicts and escalate unresolved issues • Perform payroll and administrative functions for direct reports • Complete continuing education and research payer issues and updates • Perform related duties assigned by the Division Funding Director

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations • 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to review, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions and governmental regulations • Must meet minimum productivity and quality standards • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance • Work from home policy and requirements must be adhered to
