📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for concept and art/design development across projects of varying complexity and scope • Liaise between creative and junior/mid-level account team members • Address strategic and creative expectations • Apply knowledge of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements across communication channels • Ensure work reaches its full potential and adheres to brand standards • Ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels • Present and defend work internally and externally • Monitor direct-report workloads and intervene when necessary to protect quality and timelines • Lead and elevate design/art direction across the team • Mentor and grow junior team members • Collaborate with planning, UX, development, creative, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross-functional teams • Build strong relationships across internal teams • Contribute to new business efforts • Demonstrate inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience • Ability to lead and elevate art/design across the team • Ability to provide constructive feedback to junior-level creatives • Strong conceptual skills and ability to develop creative solutions • Experience leading art direction across varied projects, scopes, complexities, and channels • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign required • Ability to execute design work across digital and print formats • Proficiency estimating individual hours for oneself and direct reports • Ability to create clear data visualizations from complex scientific information using advanced design principles • Mastery of file-building/management best practices and The One Intouch Process • Knowledge of accessibility best practices • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members • Knowledge of clients’ business and business impact of work • Ability to collaborate with planning, UX, development, creative, account management, product management, production, studio, and cross-functional teams • Ability to present and sell ideas to clients • Experience contributing to new business efforts • Portfolio demonstrating multichannel creative, conceptual thinking, strategic/business acumen, and finely crafted designs • Wide range of industry experience, including launches and label updates • Interest and experience leveraging emerging AI tools • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
