• Lead Communities. • Develop Teams. • Make an Impact. • Oversee an assigned portfolio of affordable housing communities. • Provide leadership, support, and oversight to Property Managers. • Drive property performance, compliance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure communities operate efficiently and in alignment with National Church Residences' mission, values, and operational standards. • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development. • Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and other applicable regulations. • Conduct property audits and operational reviews to ensure adherence to company standards. • Resolve resident relations concerns and support corrective action plans when necessary. • Oversee annual operating and capital budget preparation. • Monitor property financial performance and recommend strategies for improvement. • Support marketing initiatives designed to maximize occupancy and revenue. • Ensure communities are maintained to company standards both inside and out. • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and service for all residents.
• Associate degree, two years of college coursework, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of five years of property management experience • At least two years of on-site property management experience • Previous supervisory or multi-site management experience preferred • Affordable housing experience strongly preferred • Strong leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based applications, and property management software • Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment in high-pressure situations • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidate status preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the assigned portfolio • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance required.
