📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of experiential and integrated campaigns across the US • Turn campaign briefs into clear delivery plans, timelines and actions • Coordinate staffing, production, logistics, campus requirements and suppliers • Work with Campus Partners and the Partnerships team to understand requirements and secure approvals • Brief and manage Event Managers, Brand Ambassadors and other on-the-ground teams • Collaborate across Campaign Planning, Central Operations, Creative Production, Staffing, Partnerships and Commercial • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders • Manage multiple live campaigns, timelines, trackers and key information • Serve as a delivery point of contact during US working hours and respond to live campaign queries • Identify risks, solve problems and escalate issues when needed • Ensure campaigns are delivered safely, professionally, on brand and as promised • Capture campaign evidence and Proof of Delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering experiential campaigns, events, brand activations, field marketing or similarly fast-moving projects • Strong campaign or project management experience • Experience coordinating multiple projects, campaigns or events simultaneously • Understanding of experiential delivery and live activation practicalities • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Confidence working with clients, suppliers, partners and on-the-ground teams • Strong written and verbal communication • Calm, practical approach when plans change or problems need solving • Ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-moving environment • Confidence working independently as part of a wider international team • Collaborative attitude and willingness to help wherever needed • Experience with university or college campuses, student audiences or multi-location campaigns is a bonus, not essential
