📋 Description

• Develop and coordinate training programs and learning solutions related primarily to Finance business processes • Develop written and verbal communications on Finance business processes • Respond to requests for technical accounting and analysis expertise • Provide tools, resources, training, communication, and support to TNC finance staff based on policies and procedures • Identify training and knowledge gaps related to Finance topics • Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive training curricula delivered through varied methods • Analyze factual information to improve workflow and solve problems • Reinforce consistency in organizational policies and procedures • Manage documentation and initiate complex processes • Serve as a key team member for enhancements to Finance systems and tools, including Workday • Lead diverse activities, evaluate alternatives, project outcomes, and implement solutions • Support strategic projects, process improvement, organizational initiatives, and user adoption • Design curriculum and job aids, facilitate training, provide service-oriented support, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and 5 years' related experience or equivalent combination • Experience with accounting principles, practices and regulations • Experience leading and implementing multiple projects • Experience with current technology in relevant field • Experience working with teams across the organization • Experience, coursework, or other training in current and evolving trends in training, curriculum design, distance learning, and web-based design • Multi-lingual skills and/or multi-cultural experience appreciated • Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for various audiences and excellent presentation skills • Strong finance background, with the ability to understand accounting concepts, Finance Representative needs, and Workday finance processes • Learning and development experience supporting learning, training delivery, and user adoption • Experience monitoring for and ensuring compliance with organizational policy, applicable law and regulation, and finance/accounting/management best practice • Experience with GAAP and/or relevant regulatory framework • Experience acting as a resource to others to solve problems • CPA or CIA may be preferred • Successful applicant must meet The Nature Conservancy's background screening requirements
