📋 Description

• Provide full-service recruitment processes for the Southern Division • Support hiring needs from entry-level through senior-level Manager–Director roles • Develop talent pipelines, network, and build partnerships • Guide and support hiring managers and manage the recruitment database • Recruit and hire mid-level positions and coordinate with Executive Recruiters on executive-level positions • Support and manage all aspects of recruitment, including transition to onboarding • Develop and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes • Review job postings and create candidate profiles • Use the HR recruitment process and system to post jobs and update applicant status • Communicate with applicants and conduct pre-screening and phone interviews • Network with associations and provide guidance to hiring managers and Operations staff • Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for future opportunities • Ensure positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers • Help achieve Southern Division talent goals and strategies and follow best practices • Serve as a member of the Talent Acquisition team and partner with the Southern Division

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 7 years recruiting work experience or equivalent combination, including HR concepts, processes, and services • Experience recruiting for leadership roles at Manager level and above • Experience working with and reporting out to Director and VP-level clients • Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, outreach, or candidate development • Experience with database management and spreadsheet software, constructing and producing reports, or data input, manipulation, and analysis • Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes • Experience communicating and developing relationships with broad audiences, including working with or recruiting for global teams • Experience prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details • Experience with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Experience with applicant tracking systems • Successful completion of The Nature Conservancy’s background screening process
