📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions • Collaborate with government partners and technology leaders on Salesforce architecture • Lead architectural design of Salesforce implementations • Define and enforce governance, security, and scalability standards • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, and event-driven architectures • Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows • Review technical documentation and conduct code reviews • Define Salesforce development, integration, and deployment best practices • Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation strategies, and testing frameworks • Work in an agile manner to ship user-focused features • Participate in an on-call rotation and investigate production issues • Participate in hiring activities, including referrals, interviews, and interview debriefs • Coach and mentor junior team members • Lead a team of engineers and collaborate with government partners

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows • Proficiency integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, ETL tools, or event-driven architecture • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Salesforce DX • Experience with a programming language or framework outside Salesforce, such as .NET, Python, or Ruby on Rails • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong understanding of user interface design best practices for Salesforce applications • Ability to think strategically about trade-offs and short-term versus long-term benefits • Ability to define and enforce governance policies, security best practices, and scalability principles • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented • Tenacity to investigate problems and iterate in working code • Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet requirements for applicable government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract
