📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize workflow automation tools for Navy clients • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices • Facilitate requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and align them with organizational needs • Plan, delegate, and track development tasks while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure launches meet defined timelines • Collaborate with a team to design security groups and user personas for role-based access controls (RBAC) • Develop custom connectors for API integrations and secure data flows • Develop reusable components to promote consistency across the portfolio of solutions • Define test requirements and protocols for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notes • Advise client-side leadership on evaluating and prioritizing product and feature requests in alignment with portfolio strategy • Enhance data collection, streamline approvals, and modernize digital signature workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Office 365

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Proven ability to lead development teams and oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle utilizing managed Power Platform environments • Proficiency in web service technologies (REST/JSON/XML), authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, JWT), and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex projects • Active DOD clearance, or the ability to obtain one • Knowledge of NAVWAR, NAVAIR, DoD, and Navy Flank Speed environments • Experience supporting Navy PEO MLB, PEO Digital, or PEO C4I • Experience with Model-Driven Apps and/or Dynamics 365 • Experience designing and implementing solutions leveraging Microsoft Dataverse • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
