📋 Description

• Investigate pharmacies' staffing needs and take action to staff accordingly • Schedule, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy • Work with other staff members to fulfill the needs of patients and nurses’ schedules • Identify hard-to-fill schedules and take proactive actions • Communicate effectively with employees, patients and pharmacies • Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations • Update nurses’ calendars daily

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Minimum of 6 months of related experience • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open referrals simultaneously • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills • Communicate in a timely manner • Ability to work on a personal computer or laptop computer for extended periods of time • Occasional bending, stooping, reaching • Some college preferred • Previous healthcare scheduling experience preferred
