📋 Description

• Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression • Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction • Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction • Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers • Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market • Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect clients and win deals • Use Navigate's systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized • Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings • Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow the database and referral business • Stay current on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability • Build relationships, show homes, negotiate, write offers, and close deals

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Real Estate License • New agents welcome • Coachable, driven, and motivated to succeed • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confident or willing to grow in negotiation and presentation • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media • Desire to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business • Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required
