📋 Description
• Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections • Set your own hours and control your workload • Work with customers on your schedule • Serve customers, especially on weekends • Work remotely out in the field without office visits • Join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Complete field events as an independent contractor • Complete the application and video screening process
🎯 Requirements
• Real estate license in the state where you'll work • Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin • Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them • Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association • Reliable mode of transportation • Ability to travel within your market • Ability to work as an independent contractor • Background screening required
