📋 Description

• Own the full technical implementation lifecycle for new customers, from initiation to go-live • Deliver implementation projects on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards • Execute hands-on EMR integration and configuration efforts • Configure workflows and validate data integrity across EMR environments • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams • Troubleshoot issues and facilitate collaboration with CTOs, IT Managers, and Analysts • Represent Navina’s platform technical capabilities in customer interactions • Solve complex workflow challenges using deep product knowledge • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, R&D, and Medical teams • Advocate for customer needs and streamline feedback between the field and engineering • Help design and develop automation tools, runbooks, and frameworks • Improve the scalability of integration processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing Implementation Engineer, Technical Onboarding Manager, or Solution Engineer role (SaaS experience preferred) • Proven experience working with Electronic Medical Record systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eCW, Cerner, Veradigm) • Understanding of EMR data structures, workflows, and integration points • Solid understanding of US healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, C-CDA) and clinical terminology • Proven experience with SQL and data analysis (Must-have) • Experience debugging web applications and troubleshooting integration issues • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple onboarding projects simultaneously • Specific Epic certifications such as Epic Bridges or Ambulatory are a strong advantage • Proven experience in programming with Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for data manipulation or automation (standout qualification) • Experience working in a fast-growing startup organization (standout qualification)
