📋 Description

• Lead platform engineering efforts including CI/CD pipeline management, developer enablement tooling, and internal developer platform initiatives • Oversee integration and maintenance of Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and Snyk • Supervise cloud FinOps practices including budget forecasting, cloud usage tracking, tagging enforcement, and savings recommendations • Guide observability engineering through implementation of metrics, logs, and traces • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud Operations on cloud-native patterns and platform compatibility • Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps adoption • Produce reports and dashboards providing visibility into AWS usage and optimization opportunities • Mentor and lead platform engineers, DevOps engineers, and FinOps analysts • Define and execute a platform modernization and cloud financial maturity roadmap • Support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives • Interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required • 5+ years in platform engineering or DevOps roles required • 2+ years in a leadership role required • Experience managing cloud spend and collaborating with infrastructure or finance teams on cost optimization required • Knowledge of AWS services, cost management tools, observability platforms, and developer enablement practices required • Certifications in AWS, FinOps, or DevOps toolchains preferred • Ability to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
