📋 Description

• Conduct cryptocurrency investigations, including tracing blockchain transactions, mapping flows of funds, analyzing smart contracts, and conducting open-source intelligence research. • Create reports and other materials to summarize findings and support investigative efforts. • Serve as an expert witness in support of ongoing litigation, including providing deposition or courtroom testimony. • Collaborate with other members of the investigative team to support ongoing investigations. • Develop client relationships by leveraging existing contacts, attending conferences, and/or publishing relevant articles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, cybersecurity, or finance). • At least five years of experience in cryptocurrency investigations or a related field. • Experience using a programming language to accomplish investigative goals (e.g. Python). • Fundamental understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including knowledge of various blockchain networks, cryptocurrencies, and exchanges. • Hands-on experience using COTS tools, such as Chainalysis, Elliptic, and/or TRM Labs, to conduct cryptocurrency investigations. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
