• Collaborating with Product Development teams to delineate product and technical requirements emphasizing testability and verification • Refining Quality Assurance methodologies and test philosophies • Authoring test strategies and plans, developing detailed test cases, and overseeing execution and automation by Quality Assurance Engineers • Reviewing literature and patents for solutions • Participating in technical reviews throughout product development stages • Leading problem identification and defect resolution processes • Mentoring junior Quality Assurance Engineers and providing technical leadership • Advocating for new infrastructure designs and services

• Bachelor's Degree • 7-10 Years Relevant Work Experience • Collaboration skills • Problem-solving skills • Technical Requirements knowledge
