📋 Description

• Serve as the first-level escalation point for Strategic CPMs • Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development initiatives • Conduct funnel reviews, portfolio reviews, and project deep dives • Facilitate team huddles, knowledge-sharing sessions, and best-practice adoption • Oversee complex customer programs and high-impact initiatives across advanced products • Resolve delivery risks, customer concerns, and operational challenges • Provide SCPM3 support and after-hours coverage as business needs require • Own training materials, process documentation, and delivery standards • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, governance reviews, and process compliance efforts • Identify systemic challenges and implement scalable solutions • Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings, tiger teams, and strategic initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment and remove barriers • Influence decisions and resolve complex escalations without direct authority • Develop operational reporting and insights to support business decisions • Monitor trends, identify risks, and recommend performance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in Comcast Business advanced products and service delivery • Proven success leading complex projects, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to influence outcomes, build strategic partnerships, and drive continuous improvement • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Comcast may consider some combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience • 7-10 years of relevant work experience
