📋 Description

• Support the bank’s call center for Bank of Jackson Hole, Bank Midwest, Community Banks of Colorado, and Hillcrest Bank clients • Assist clients with questions, complaints, and banking inquiries • Use effective communication, probing questions, and critical thinking to identify client needs and areas of fraud • Provide internal and external Online Banking and Bill Payment support • Resolve client concerns and offer relevant solutions for personal banking financial needs • Maintain client interactions across multiple channels while navigating various systems and programs • Follow established fraud-prevention procedures and processes as a critical line of defense • Build rapport with clients and team members and treat them with respect and consideration • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with regulations and bank policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements • Provide awareness and instruction on digital banking tools to enhance the client user experience

🎯 Requirements

• High School Education or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience within a bank call center • Basic knowledge of call center protocol and client servicing experience • Basic level of work experience, knowledge, and training in a call center environment • Fraud protection experience • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and vendor web solutions • Ability to work hours varying from 8am–7pm Monday–Friday Central Time and every other Saturday 9am–2pm Central Time • Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods, typically no longer than 8 hours • Must be able to work overtime as necessary • Associate’s degree desired • Bilingual in Spanish and English desired • Fraud detection experience strongly desired
