📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat • Provide accurate information, solutions, and follow-ups based on company policies and client needs • Document all client interactions in the CRM system • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Technical Support to resolve client concerns • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction • Represent Sutherland Breezy HR with integrity, reliability, and commitment to excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client services, customer success, or administrative support • Remote experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced remote setting • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms • Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable to changing client needs • Familiarity with Breezy HR, Salesforce, or Zendesk preferred • Analytical mindset able to interpret feedback and suggest improvements • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
