📋 Description

• Support and service existing commercial insurance clients • Proactively manage policy renewals • Assist with coverage changes, billing inquiries, and other service requests • Work closely with insurance advisors and carrier partners to address client needs promptly and professionally • Maintain accurate records and support client retention • Assist customers with inquiries through communication skills and relationship-based customer service • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through anticipation of needs and education • Follow established procedures for routine assignments and solve standard problems • Analyze basic information and standard practices to make decisions impacting work performed • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty License preferred but not required • Property & Casualty insurance experience (commercial lines preferred) • Established detail-orientation, organization, and multitasking skills • Strong account management and client service experience including renewals, policy servicing, and client follow-up • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
