📋 Description

• Provide first-line response to customers and communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner • Organize and triage customer issues and address problems proactively • Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls • Service or replace networking equipment such as access points or switches • Participate in formal virtual and hands-on classroom training • Collaborate with teachers, mentors, coaches, and diverse individuals across service territories

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to a specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the US • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCRV fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Prolonged travel, including driving several hours per day • Rotating and weekend shifts • Flexible shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times and some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Willingness to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments • Employment conditional upon passage of applicable screening criteria • Preferred: familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software • Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification • Preferred: one or more years of related experience
