📋 Description

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls • Communicate openly and effectively with customers to identify and resolve issues • Deliver solutions using training provided by NCR Voyix • Represent the NCR Voyix brand and help keep global commerce running

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the U.S. • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation • Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day • Rotating and weekend shifts • Flexible shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times, with some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred) • A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred) • One or more years of related experience (preferred)
