• Generate and qualify new opportunities using AI-assisted research, account analysis, and signal detection • Use Copilot and AI tools to identify customer pain points, triggers, and environment gaps • Conduct structured discovery conversations informed by AI-driven preparation • Collaborate with senior account executives, software specialists, and sales engineers • Analyze pipeline and sales performance trends • Continuously refine selling approaches through feedback and experimentation
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience • Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Copilot in a work or sales context • Demonstrated success in complexed sales initiatives • Strong curiosity and rapid learning ability • Experience with lead generation and opportunity qualification • Comfort using CRM systems, data, and sales metrics • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
