📋 Description

• Own and execute the month-end close, ensuring accurate and complete financial data • Analyze variances, explain key movements, and monitor financial trends • Support complex and non-routine transactions, including large deals, assessing their impact on local financials and coordinating with Tax and Legal teams • Maintain and execute statutory and tax compliance activities, including Use/Sales tax, CIT, regulatory and statistical filings, financial statements, and local audits • Maintain a clear compliance calendar • Post and document statutory and tax adjustments in the ERP system • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across NetSuite and local reporting tools • Coordinate with Tax, Legal, external consultants, and external auditors during audits and reviews • Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain proper documentation • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting • Experience in a Big Four firm is a plus • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP • Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments • Familiarity with statutory and tax compliance processes • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset • Proficiency in English is required • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility • Strong ownership and attention to detail • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities • Resilience and ability to work under pressure • Effective communication and stakeholder management • Continuous improvement mindset
