📋 Description

• Maintain employee data in BambooHR, including new hires, terminations, status changes, compensation updates, and reporting structure changes. • Conduct HR data audits and consolidate employee information into BambooHR as the single source of truth. • Ensure accurate data flows between BambooHR, Pinpoint, and Lattice, while maintaining compliant employee files. • Handle employee data in accordance with privacy legislation across jurisdictions. • Coordinate payroll data with Finance, third-party payroll providers, and EOR partners across multiple global regions. • Reconcile payroll data against BambooHR records and escalate discrepancies. • Serve as the first point of contact for routine payroll and benefits questions. • Execute end-to-end onboarding, including system setup, background checks, benefits enrollment, orientation scheduling, and equipment coordination. • Process terminations, including system updates, final pay calculations, separation requirements, and exit logistics. • Maintain onboarding plans and improve onboarding and offboarding checklists. • Administer Pinpoint ATS, job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination. • Send offer letters, process pre-hire documentation, and report recruitment pipeline metrics. • Maintain compensation data and support annual compensation and performance review cycles. • Use AI tools to automate HR tasks, validate data, draft documents, triage employee queries, and generate reports. • Document HR processes as SOPs and maintain the internal HR knowledge base. • Build and maintain Excel, BambooHR, and other reporting dashboards for headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and compensation distribution. • Prepare ad hoc leadership reports and use AI-assisted analytics and visualization tools. • Travel to international offices as necessary for HR support or events.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS administration. • Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform such as BambooHR, ADP, Workday, or HiBob, with direct responsibility for data accuracy. • Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards. • Experience coordinating payroll with third-party providers across multiple jurisdictions • Experience executing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes. • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues before they escalate. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to document processes clearly and flag issues proactively. • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones. • Comfort using AI tools and a willingness to adopt new AI-powered platforms as part of daily workflows. • Experience with BambooHR, Pinpoint, and/or Lattice is preferred. • Experience with SharePoint or similar content management and collaboration platforms is preferred. • Experience in software or technology companies is preferred. • Familiarity with multi-country employment contexts is preferred. • Experience with EOR providers (e.g. Deel) is preferred. • SHRM-CP, CHRP, or equivalent HR qualification is preferred
