📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner, operational leader, and brand ambassador for Real Property Management franchise business owners • Provide timely and accurate software, systems, and maintenance support • Champion systems and processes that support franchise business owner growth • Develop key performance indicators for organizational and individual franchise location performance • Build internal and external relationships to enhance the franchise business owner experience • Use tools, programs, systems, and networks to reinforce programs and policies • Plan, coordinate, and manage programs and initiatives supporting Real Property Management’s brand priorities • Help franchisees and the parent company achieve greater success through business ownership • Collaborate with internal teams to execute franchise business owner strategic plans • Travel 10–25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, or property management preferred • Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred • Five or more years of related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management professional, or equivalent combination of experience • Ability to work collaboratively with internal Real Property Management teams • Empathetic, adaptable, and willing to meet customers when available • Ability to encourage collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect • Clear and concise communication of team goals, project objectives, and responsibilities • Willingness to listen and learn • Results-oriented understanding of the franchisor-franchisee relationship • Data- and impact-driven approach • Ability to travel 10–25% • Ability to sit or stand, see, hear and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies and materials, and use office equipment and computers
