📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned growth verticals • Support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business performance • Own revenue and operating expense forecasts and improve forecast accuracy • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for scenario planning, pricing analyses, investment decisions, and new business initiatives • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, executive summaries, and recommendations • Monitor key business and financial performance indicators • Identify emerging risks, opportunities, operational improvements, and resource allocation opportunities • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams on strategic initiatives • Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • Improve forecasting methodologies, reporting processes, and analytical tools • Report to the Staff, Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field • 4–6 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or other highly analytical finance roles • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes • Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven recommendations and cross-functional partnerships • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets • Experience with financial reporting systems and business intelligence tools • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail • Experience supporting high-growth technology or fintech organizations preferred • Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, or Growth organizations preferred • Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools preferred • Experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar FP&A platforms preferred • Experience improving financial planning processes through automation or process optimization preferred • Must be based in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
