📋 Description

• Analyze and report on monthly financial statements • Maintain financial databases and other information sources • Support strategic projects using financial and analytical capabilities • Assist with the budgeting process • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and answer questions about financial reports • Update and maintain financial information • Provide reporting and analytics to support operational profitability • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement • Participate in budget formation • Participate in quality assurance activities • Participate in professional development activities • Participate in special projects involving financial analysis • Perform other related duties as required • Remain knowledgeable about applicable federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Report known or suspected unethical, questionable, safety, privacy, or compliance-related concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related area • Computer skills and dexterity for data entry and information retrieval • Proficiency with Windows-style applications and office software packages • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Good judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including more than eight hours a day • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, grab, and perform manual dexterity tasks • Ability to sit for prolonged periods • Ability to lift and move objects as required for Medium Work • Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and requirements • Master's degree, MBA, advanced degree, financial analysis, forecasting/reporting experience, healthcare industry experience, and CPA certification are preferred, not required
