📋 Description

• Drive value across a diverse portfolio of spend categories for Nestlé Health Science • Partner with local and global stakeholders to execute sourcing strategies • Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations • Optimize supplier performance • Shape category strategies and identify value creation opportunities • Lead cross-functional initiatives • Manage critical supplier relationships with a focus on risk mitigation, innovation, and sustainability • Provide manufacturing support • Act as the single point of contact for factory escalations and drive sustainable resolutions • Own OSCAR projects to drive savings and ensure supply and compliance objectives • Monitor business goals and reassess targets periodically • Ensure information flow between factory teams and Procurement • Lead Monthly Category Reviews as required • Support Supply Chain, CTAG, Quality, and Finance stakeholders • Provide insight into Nestlé pricing and profitability opportunities • Assist with strategies for critical items at assigned facilities • Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies • Participate in sourcing strategies and Business Continuity Planning • Identify and implement projects to reduce out-of-stock inventory risk • Represent projects through the PMP • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Master’s Degree or higher preferred • CPM Certification a plus • 1+ years procurement or material management experience and/or technical/manufacturing experience preferred • SAP, Ariba, and Oracle experience preferred • Required proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience in Power BI, AI, and analytical tools is a plus • Detail-oriented and a self-starter • Proven ability to analyze and present findings clearly and cohesively • Ability to independently identify and research market, industry, and supplier information • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and manage external vendor relationships • Ability to develop processes and identify continuous improvements • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder-management abilities • Ability to form and grow professional networks • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
