• 12 + years of proven track record leading large, complex global enterprise accounts through inflection points or transformation. • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, reset expectations, and drive execution in matrixed organizations. • Strong business acumen and credibility within Media & Entertainment, including streaming, broadcast, studios, content operations, and platform ecosystems. • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders through clarity, insight, and decisiveness. • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority—and holding them accountable to results. • A growth mindset paired with intellectual honesty and resilience. • Commitment to inclusive leadership, collaboration, and cultural stewardship. • Working knowledge of cloud, data infrastructure, and enterprise technology platforms.
