📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders • Manage client communications and provide strategic updates • Align project execution with client goals and ensure successful outcomes • Coordinate transition to post-implementation support • Identify opportunities for additional services or solutions • Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and resources • Lead team onboarding and facilitate internal and client-facing kickoff meetings • Lead project execution within scope, timelines, and budgets • Assign and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams • Review and approve project time entries • Oversee project financials, revenue recognition, and budget tracking • Facilitate discovery, scoping, development, and delivery of change requests • Monitor project progress and adjust plans and workflows as needed • Manage third-party project deliverables • Serve as liaison for internal and external stakeholders • Lead project status meetings and distribute status summaries, meeting recaps, and recordings • Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and project documentation • Provide updates to clients and executive leadership • Identify, assess, and resolve project issues and risks • Escalate risks and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations • Lead project closure meetings and coordinate transitions to support teams • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement • Recommend improvements to administrative and operational processes • Contribute to process analysis, redesign, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience leading ERP implementation projects for Sage X3 or similar ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProccessPRO, MS Dynamics) • Proven success managing end-to-end ERP projects within Process Manufacturing or Distribution Manufacturing • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope • Strong project management foundation • Solid understanding of ERP concepts • Experience in process manufacturing or distribution manufacturing desired • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and meeting key performance metrics • Bachelor’s degree required • PMP Certification required • Ability to travel a minimum of 20% to client locations in the US • May require customer approval for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises
