📋 Description

• Partner directly with senior leaders across Product and Technology and related business units, collaborating with regional compensation leads and HR teams to develop a global perspective on compensation • Lead strategic compensation initiatives supporting the growth and evolution of the Product and Technology business, including engineering, data and insights, product, and experience design • Provide analytics and insights to guide compensation decisions and maintain competitiveness with industry trends • Champion the development and growth of compensation expertise within the team through thought leadership and mentorship • Develop and execute analyses to identify market movement, assess data gaps, and recommend ways to close candidates while maintaining Netflix's personal top of market philosophy • Collaborate with Talent Operations and Technology teams to build and refine metrics and dashboards • Participate in compensation surveys and leverage findings to inform Market Reference Ranges • Develop tools and processes addressing the unique compensation needs of the Product and Technology business • Educate and advise HR partners and business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and best practices • Support the design and execution of global compensation programs, including pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, and workforce planning • Lead ongoing and new strategic initiatives for the Content organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant compensation experience, ideally supporting the Technology side of the business in a fast-paced, global environment • Demonstrated ability to provide direction and counsel to HRBPs and senior business leaders • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large data sets and advanced modeling in Google Sheets or Excel • Strategic mindset with a passion for compensation and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs • Familiarity with all aspects of compensation design • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
