• Proven track record of solving highly complex, ambiguous, business critical technical problems • Demonstrated experience in building server-to-server, batch and pixel Conversion APIs • Expertise in leveraging conversion events to enable valuable derivative services • Practical experience with streaming event architectures and related technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink) • Strong understanding of the ad technology and advertising landscape • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to thrive and effectively manage multiple priorities
