📋 Description

• Call AI-prequalified leads using the Power Dialer for 4 hours per day • Conduct conversations according to the call script • Generate interest and qualify leads • Handle objections according to the objection-handling guide • Schedule qualified appointments for Setters • Accurately document calls and appointments in Close CRM • Ensure that scheduled appointments actually take place

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in telesales, cold calling, appointment setting, or telephone-based customer service • Strong objection-handling skills • Results-driven, confident, and direct communication style • Independent and disciplined approach to work • Willingness to work on the phone for a fixed 4-hour period every day • Native-level German (required and non-negotiable) • Quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and headset • Experience working with AI-prequalified leads, Power Dialers, and CRM systems
