📋 Description

• Own features through completion from design to implementation • Develop full stack product solutions • Drive proper coding processes • Participate in code reviews • Mentor junior team members • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and the UX team • Collaborate with teammates to solve business needs and key priorities • Contribute across the complete development lifecycle, including technical design, work estimation, implementation, testing, and addressing feedback or bugs • Improve team productivity, culture, and code quality • Peer review team members’ code and provide constructive feedback • Create documentation and processes to improve team productivity and transparency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required • Eight (8) or more years of software development experience and/or a reviewable portfolio of work • Deep experience building/deploying/maintaining scalable and always available consumer facing products • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) • Frontend experience with knowledge of React/Next.js • Experienced with ORM and API development • Experienced with coding components and working with Storybook • Familiarity with Azure Cloud or similar technologies • Seasoned estimation skills — can reasonably judge the complexity of a feature and appropriately break it down and size it • Strong work ethic plus follow-through on commitments • Proven track record of high standards for self, team, company, and clients • Proactive approach to problem solving
