📋 Description

• Lead a team of delivery professionals designing and building Agentforce and AI-powered client solutions • Deliver hands-on client project work as an individual contributor • Own complete project technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures • Explore automated-agent capabilities and develop novel solutions to drive business outcomes • Manage Experience Architects, Technical Architects, Consultants, Developers, and similar technical delivery roles • Provide mentorship, career guidance, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary • Own forecasting and staffing input for the team with delivery and operations leadership • Coordinate and lead solution design reviews • Author and facilitate enablement workshops and office hours • Participate in skill-based guilds and knowledge sharing • Support technical hiring through interviews and interview-material updates • Champion delivery standards and best practices across teams and accounts • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology solutions, including experience with Agentforce or other generative AI-driven platforms • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring delivery team members such as architects, developers, and consultants • Demonstrated ability to balance billable client delivery work with team leadership responsibilities • Experience giving performance feedback, holding career development conversations, and managing corrective action processes • Experience participating in hiring for technical roles, including conducting interviews • Strong communication skills, comfortable moving between technical delivery conversations and people-management conversations • Preferred: experience designing or facilitating enablement content, certifications relevant to architect-level roles, forecasting and staffing/resourcing experience, Agentforce project delivery, foundational LLMs, prompt engineering frameworks, AI orchestration tools, enterprise AI integrations, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning strategies
