📋 Description

• Administer and maintain ECIC’s Salesforce environment, including system configuration, user access, automation, security, reporting, and data quality • Collaborate with teams across ECIC to understand business needs, improve processes, and develop Salesforce solutions supporting program and organizational priorities • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data collection tools, and workflows • Participate in cross-team projects involving Salesforce, data collection, reporting, workflow development, system enhancements, and process improvement • Serve as ECIC’s Salesforce subject matter expert and skilled facilitator • Provide guidance, training, and technical support to staff • Troubleshoot system issues, test and implement enhancements, and maintain system documentation • Coordinate with external Salesforce partners when additional technical support is needed • Represent ECIC in internal and external meetings, workgroups, and projects related to Salesforce and organizational data systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • At least 5 years of Salesforce administration experience • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required • Experience supporting state systems, early childhood education programs, or similar public-sector environments preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications preferred • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration, automation, security, reporting, dashboards, data management, and system maintenance • Ability to independently manage a Salesforce environment and translate business and program needs into practical system solutions • Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting data collection, reporting, workflow development, and process improvement • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with staff, leadership, vendors, and other partners • Ability to travel occasionally within Michigan or to other geographical areas as needed
