📋 Description

• Execute and implement complex solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale • Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions • Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews and identify customer requirements and processes • Provide technical details and solutions for functional User Stories • Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions • Develop solutions hands-on while applying best practices and programming principles • Lead a development team by distributing tasks and performing code reviews • Deliver technical end-user training and documentation • Exercise independent judgment and lead the technical role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with hands-on programming, including Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js • Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs • Knowledge of JSON format and related services • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills • Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations • Logging experience with CloudWatch for troubleshooting • Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code • Experience architecting and building Amazon Connect • Experience with AWS services commonly used in Connect solutions, including DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, and S3, preferred in the absence of Amazon Connect experience • Experience building contact centers with other technologies, preferred in the absence of Amazon Connect experience • Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions • Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP • Experience with Contact Flow implementation, Lex integration, and contact center routing • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud • Knowledge of other contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, AWS Developer Associate or Professional Certification, AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I listed as nice-to-haves
