📋 Description

• Shape solutions based on how carriers and MGAs underwrite, price, and manage portfolios • Build customer-specific demos and business cases showing impact on loss ratios, efficiency, and time saved • Own implementations from signed proposal through go-live • Monitor customer adoption after launch and identify problems and expansion opportunities • Provide product teams with customer feedback, gaps, use cases, and business impact • Build the solutioning, launch, and time-to-value processes from the ground up • Report to the Head of Revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience across solutions, implementation, or product roles • Deep knowledge of P&C insurance workflows, gained at a carrier, MGA, or a vendor serving them • A track record of taking enterprise customers from signed contract to go-live on a software or data product • Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms or data products • Ability to accommodate travel as needed (~25%) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status to work in the United States
