📋 Description

• Establish peer-to-peer, science-based relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision makers • Deliver fair, balanced, and credible medical and scientific presentations • Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research • Participate in conferences and meetings as a scientific expert on the company’s behalf • Train faculty on scientific content for the company’s speaker’s bureau • Serve as a scientific resource for key opinion leaders and internal personnel • Obtain key opinion leader insights to strategically guide educational efforts in relevant therapeutic areas • Compile and interpret available data, including congress presentations, key opinion leader interactions, and posters, to provide clinical insights into the emerging therapeutic landscape • Perform responsibilities in accordance with FDA guidelines, healthcare compliance requirements, SOPs, and pharmaceutical industry best practices • Represent the company at identified patient advocacy, professional society, or other meetings as needed • Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD or PhD in a health science field and 4+ years of previous work experience in an equivalent field-based position, with 2+ years of CNS therapeutic area experience preferred • OR MD/DO degree and 2+ years of related experience • Ability to anticipate business and industry issues and recommend process, technical, or service improvements • Broad expertise or unique knowledge • In-depth expertise in the discipline and broad knowledge of closely related areas • Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams • Leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent computer skills • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills • Ability to meet multiple deadlines across varied projects and programs with accuracy and efficiency • Excellent project management and project leadership skills • Motivation, self-discipline, and comfort working in team and individual contributor roles • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, including combining scientific knowledge and communication skills • Proficiency in territory management and execution of scientific leader communication plans • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and external and internal collaborators • Proven ability to meet individual goals and continuously improve relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities • Solid understanding of drug development and product life-cycle management preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and regulatory trends impacting field medical
