📋 Description

• Drive financial governance, budget tracking, forecasting, and operational procurement support for the Platform Experience team • Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive business plans • Collaborate with corporate Finance to upload business plans into enterprise systems and support leadership financial reviews • Support vendor quote collection and purchase order requisitions • Monitor purchase orders, chargebacks, and intercompany transfers with cross-functional teams and external partners • Partner with Finance on expense accruals during financial close cycles • Track actual expenses against business plans using SAP and PowerBI dashboards • Extract summarized trends and granular transaction data • Prepare and review monthly actual-versus-plan results with team leadership • Maintain forecasts as project priorities and timelines evolve • Conduct ad-hoc financial research and analysis • Assist the Senior Program Manager with operational and administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, business operations, or project financial tracking • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori, Ariba, and PowerBI preferred • Strong proficiency in data extraction, summarized reporting, and financial spreadsheet modeling • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize complex financial data and clearly articulate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Ability to work independently and proactively seek answers to operational and financial queries • Strong process-improvement mindset • Comfortable presenting financial performance, metrics, and forecasts directly to senior leadership • Ability to view screens, type, and communicate verbally during virtual or in-person business meetings
