📋 Description

• Support and maintain team allocations and product organization structures • Coordinate and track product delivery timelines, dependencies, and key milestones across all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and operationalize enhancement requests and evolving product needs • Reinforce product development best practices, including definitions of done, squad ceremonies, retrospectives, and team workflows • Plan and coordinate rollouts of new product processes, tools, and workflow changes across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams • Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and improve team effectiveness • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure alignment across initiatives • Help oversee and optimize PDLC processes from intake and discovery through release and post-launch evaluation • Manage and maintain the inbound request intake process in partnership with customers and Product teams • Support the requirements maturation process across customer requests, discovery efforts, strategic initiatives, epics, and user stories • Ensure customer enhancement requests are documented, prioritized, and tracked through the product development process • Gather post-rollout feedback to gauge adoption and identify needed support or iteration • Act as a point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, and reducing friction as teams adapt to changes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of operational experience working with software products or services, including Product Operations, Program Management, Business/Data Analysis, or Product Management support • Fluency with product management tools, specifically JIRA or similar issue/project tracking software • Agile/Scrum expertise and direct experience in agile software development environments and squad ceremonies • Strong analytical skills using BI/visualization tools and spreadsheets • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings or recommendations to senior stakeholders • Proven ability to drive projects independently, lead without formal authority, and work in a fast-paced, remote, collaborative environment • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, collaborative environment • Experience with modern operations, project management, and SDLC tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or Salesforce preferred • Process or project management certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster preferred • Prior experience in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS environment preferred • Experience with Notion or modern collaborative documentation platforms preferred • Change management experience, including supporting or leading tool rollouts, process implementations, and workflow changes, preferred • Successful completion of a background screening, with candidate consent
