📋 Description

• Own documentation planning for assigned product areas, managing priorities, stakeholder reviews, timelines, and release readiness • Create clear, customer-facing documentation translating complex product functionality into intuitive guidance for clinical, operational, and administrative users • Develop release notes, product guides, and enablement materials supporting product launches and customer adoption • Partner with Product and Engineering throughout the development lifecycle to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and available at launch • Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Enablement to maintain consistent, up-to-date product knowledge • Maintain documentation governance, including content lifecycle, version control, archival processes, and consistency across documentation platforms • Identify documentation gaps through customer feedback, product changes, support trends, and stakeholder input • Lead documentation audits and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure content quality, usability, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience creating technical documentation for SaaS products or complex enterprise software environments • Strong ability to organize complex information into intuitive, user-centered documentation • Experience planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple documentation initiatives • Exceptional writing, editing, and content review skills • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Product Development Lifecycle processes • Experience using MadCap Flare or similar documentation management platforms • Ability to work independently and drive documentation initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and other stakeholders • Ability to align with Eastern Time working hours • Healthcare technology, clinical workflows, care management, or regulated-industry experience preferred • Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation workflows preferred • Experience with Pendo or similar digital adoption and product guidance platforms preferred • Successful completion of a background screening
