📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional service team of RPSMs, LCMs, Field Techs, and Service Facilities to resolve 90% of customer issues without escalation • Meet customers face to face and via phone/email, and host regular customer calls • Execute warranty obligations and identify Good Will opportunities • Monitor and adjust manpower plans based on customer workload and future bids • Provide direct oversight and support to RPSMs, LCMs, and facility management • Develop, create, and distribute customer scorecards and metrics using iWarranty • Identify, develop, and execute approved commercial opportunities • Prepare new service regions for customer introductions, processes, personnel, metrics, and relationships • Improve customer and field-staff processes using iWarranty • Participate in new bid submissions with the Winnipeg team • Manage RPSMs responsible for bus acceptance, warranty administration, product problem resolution, product data, customer relationships, and property management • Collaborate with CPM, Production, and Quality during production and acceptance • Maintain relationships with bus and parts sales groups • Work with the Service Director and other Regional Directors on workload and process improvements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering or Business degree/diploma preferred • 2-year Technical College at minimum or equivalent experience • Customer Service Experience necessity • Minimum 7 years' experience in transit or applicable industry • Proficient in all mechanical/electrical systems of transit vehicle • Analytical skills • Proficient in MS Office software products • Self-motivated • Safety Focused • Advanced verbal and oral communication skills • Must be able to work unsupervised • Travel is required for this position
