📋 Description

• Review and analyse tender documentation, specifications, and contractual requirements • Identify project risks, opportunities, and critical success factors • Define execution strategies, construction methodologies, and project delivery approaches • Contribute to innovative and value-engineered solutions that strengthen proposal competitiveness • Prepare and validate cost estimates covering labor, materials, subcontracting, equipment, logistics, and site operations • Support pricing strategy and commercial proposal development • Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations • Participate in technical and commercial clarifications and negotiations • Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project teams • Ensure alignment between technical solutions, schedules, budgets, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline • Proven experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, Estimation, or Bid Management within an industrial EPC environment • Strong technical understanding of industrial piping, mechanical systems, energy, process industries, or industrial construction • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams
